We are now the first and only automotive dealership group in Kalamazoo County to offer a program that can significantly reduce childcare expenses for our qualifying full-time employees. This innovative program has the potential to save our employees up to 2/3rds of their childcare costs, making a real difference in their lives. We understand that childcare can be a major financial concern for working families, and we're committed to supporting our employees in every way we can. This wouldn't be possible without the tireless efforts of our incredible HR Director, Kat Wolverton, SHRM-SCP. Kat spearheaded this initiative, working diligently to secure this partnership and ensure a smooth rollout for our team members. Every year, DeNooyer Ford hosts our annual DeNooyer Dust-Off Truck & Car Show. All proceeds from the event are given back to the community and this year, our staff voted for the Vicksburg High School Band program to be the recipient.   A huge thank you to "The Big Red Machine" for letting us attend their Spring Band Concert last night. We had the honor of presenting a donation check to them for $2,491 from the 2024 DeNooyer Dust-Off!  We are so proud of all of these students and we cannot wait to see where the future takes them!❤️
