Few things fill my heart with more joy than seeing Develop Carolina apprentices announcing their new full-time positions after completing our program. Without apprenticeship, many of these talented professionals would still be waiting for their careers to take off. Instead, they are doing the things they've worked so hard for and are set up for continued career growth for years to come. Apprenticeship is a vital & necessary part of building up our future workforce in tech (and beyond) and I am proud to be part of the Build Carolina team working tirelessly to provide these opportunities. Congratulations Cohort #5 grads!

I'm so honored that I was able to attend the graduation for the current cohort at Develop Carolina! Congratulations graduates! You did it! I can't believe how fast time flies. Late last year I graduated from the apprenticeship program myself! Also I love that Camby Chavis and Leah Perri showed out with some improtu karaoke 😂😂😂 what an amazing graduation! Good job everyone! A new chapter of your life is about to begin as qualified software developers!
