We had an amazing time connecting with so many attendees at this year’s 2024 Equity and Excellence Conference with the Association of Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD)! 🤩 This event provided a fantastic opportunity for ETS’s Office of Disability Policy to engage with higher education disability service professionals who support students seeking accommodations for the GRE, Praxis, and TOEFL. 🤝 We’re proud to have been able to share ETS’s new innovative re-brand and unwavering commitment to ensuring equal access to our assessments amongst the conference’s 600+ new attendees. As we adopt more automated systems, it's crucial to make sure these technologies do not unintentionally disadvantage any group of students. #ETSResearchers Mo Zhang and Matthew Johnson's latest study, featured in The The Hechinger Report, highlights the potential biases in AI systems that can impact Asian American students.
