About us
Hiring Licensed Therapists: https://ellie-mental-health-monument-castle-rock-co.careerplug.com/j/01ckou4 Compassionately transforming the culture of mental healthcare by providing creative solutions that make wellness accessible in the Tri-Lakes area. We vow to be really and truly different from other mental health care providers. The mental health field presents barriers not just for clients and the community, but also for the helpers, therapists, and creatives who do this work. Ellie knew that if it wanted to be truly different, it would have to problem-solve barriers in the field at all levels.

Listen, everybody has their days (ahem...or months ...or years). Just like physical health, mental health exists on a spectrum, and it's TOTALLY normal to experience ups and downs from time to time. Sometime we need to take it a bit easier on ourselves-- and that doesn't mean that we aren't strong or that there's something wrong with us. ➡ If you feel like you're struggling more than usual, practice giving yourself a bit more grace, think about what coping skills fit you best, and hey, having a kicka$$ therapist and support crew can also make a huge difference. #CopingSkills #EverybodySucksSometimes #NooneHasItFiguredOut #MentalHealthMatters #Normalizeit

"But what if I don't know who I really am?!" 💭 Sometimes we are so used to masking, blending in, or serving others' needs that it feels intimidating to even think of figuring out who we really are deep inside. Believe us though, avoiding or pretending can be even more exhausting. Let a therapist empower you on the path of discovery and self acceptance (they're really good at it). 🌈💖 #Authenticity #Therapy #MentalHealthMatters #EmbraceYourself
