#Ellis Mass Timber excitement! During the first week of August we celebrated as the first vertical Mass Timber member was lowered into place at Ellis Preserve. A short 9 1/2 weeks later we celebrated as the building was "Topped Off". And now the final roof panels are being placed. Within a few weeks the building will be closed in and watertight as we enter the next phase of both interior and façade construction. The efficiency and sustainability of Mass Timber construction has proven itself at Ellis Preserve!
