Key Responsibilities: ✔ Utilize ESRI software for spatial analysis and geoprocessing tasks, including geocoding, linear referencing, routing, network analysis, and CAD-GIS interaction. ✔Develop and maintain GIS data and maps, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. ✔Collaborate with teams to update cartographic data for government agencies and analyze agricultural growth patterns. ✔Manage web-based mapping applications and WMS/web services for efficient data sharing and visualization. ✔Apply knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with CAD software, to enhance GIS processes. ✔Prioritize tasks effectively to meet production deadlines in fast-paced environments, particularly construction projects. ✔Contribute to infrastructure planning and utility network management using advanced GIS techniques. Preferred Qualifications: ✳ Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, or a related field from a four-year college or university. ✳Professional experience in the utility sector, with at least one year in a GIS Analyst role. ✳Proficiency in ESRI software, including ArcGIS Online and web GIS cloud versions. ✳Strong familiarity with spatial analysis and geoprocessing tools. ✳Experience with CAD software and the integration of CAD and GIS data.
