As part of our Leading Education and Economic Development (LEED) initiative, we are committed to improving the lives of our team members and the communities we serve. That’s why we launched the Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program three years ago, in partnership with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), to support nonprofit organizations offering essential services for young people. Through a competitive application process, the Foot Locker Foundation selected 18 community organizations from 11 cities to receive grants in the third year of the Community Empowerment Program. These grants, ranging from $30,000 to $100,000 each, will enable these organizations to create opportunities for thousands of youth to learn, grow, and succeed. Applications for the fourth year of funding are now open through September 30. If you are a community nonprofit serving youth in one of our 13 selected cities, we invite you to apply for grants of up to $100,000 and become part of our growing community of dynamic organizations.
