We are so excited to welcome Richard Pham to our team! Richard will be joining the team as an architectural associate. He has valuable experience in a variety of project types including education - pre-k through higher ed - commercial office, manufacturing, and aquatics facilities. He thrives on the challenge of learning new skills, whether it's completing construction document sets, designing a new building type, or figuring out complex construction details. Outside of work, Richard loves engaging himself in creative outlets like drawing or tackling home improvement projects. When he has time, he also enjoys solo travel, which gives him the opportunity to immerse himself in new cultures. We're excited to have Richard on board and look forward to the unique perspectives he'll bring to our team!
