A new patch has been released, providing bug fixes and improvements for all FTR Gold Suites version 7.7. This patch also affects FTR Gold Player. To download FTR Gold Patch 7.7.124 and review further details, please refer to the release note linked below. Please note: installing this patch will override any custom VBA script you have applied. If you have picklist or any other customer VBA script enabled, you must take a backup of the VBA script before applying this patch and then re-apply the VBA script after installing the patch.

A widely used security protocol, Transport Layer Security (TLS) was developed to ensure privacy and data protection between applications communicating over a network. It helps safeguard web-based applications against data breaches and various other attacks. We recently released version 2.0 of our RealTime Recorder, the cloud native recording solution that enables real-time access to courtroom proceedings and speech-to-text, as part of FTR Justice Cloud.   This release includes a major new feature - the ability to recover recordings after network outages. During scheduled recording times, a temporary local copy of each recording is saved, ensuring no audio is lost due to internet, network, or server issues.
