📣Exciting News! We are excited to announce that Geocomp, Inc. and GeoTesting Express, LLC SRILAKSHMI (Lucky) DEBUR NAGARAJAN has been appointed to the ASCE Met Section Board of Directors for 2024. Lucky was inducted as one of the 6 elected directors of the ASCE Met Section Board during the 2024 ASCE Met Section Award Gala in Terrace on the Park, Queens, NY last night. The American Society of Civil Engineers was originally founded in New York City in 1920 (oldest in USA). The ASCE Met Section is comprised of six elected directors, three ex-officio directors and two immediate past presidents. The directors serve 2-year terms. The board is responsible for the supervision, control, and direction of the Section, and manages the affairs of the Met Section in accordance with the provisions of the Section's and the Society's governing documents. Lucky is thrilled to join the board with her experience, infinite energy/enthusiasm, and looking forward to work alongside very talented, driven individuals to contribute towards the advancement of the section!
