We were honored to participate in the Makueni County Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Multi-Stakeholder Forum on July 16th. We are grateful to partner with the Makueni County Government to bring clean energy and drinking water solutions to the county. These partnerships are making a positive impact, and we look forward to the hopeful future they can bring to Makueni County!

By fostering effective partnerships, we pave the way for innovative, effective, and sustainable WASH development and solutions that transform lives and communities. This was evident during the COUNTY WATER, SANITATION & HYGIENE (WASH) MULTI-STAKEHOLDER FORUM held on 16th July 2024 at Kusyombunguo hotel, which I attended. The forum presided by the Governor of Government Of Makueni County His Excellency Mutula Kilonzo Jr, who reiterated his commitment in delivering the water agenda. During the plenary session, it was resolved that strengthening partnerships and stakeholder inclusion would be a core initiative in securing water and sustaining growth. The development partners in attendance, including but not limited to DAI STAWI, Water Mission Welthungerhilfe (WHH) World Vision GivePower and RUWASCO, exhibited their contributions to improving water and sanitation management through infrastructure development, adopting innovative technologies in water treatment and management, capacity building of local communities, climate action, and integrated water resources management.
