    SPLIT UP YOUR 1:1s Highly effective 1:1s go deep into two focus areas: Call coaching and deal coaching. Call coaching focuses on skill development. Ask about previous calls [Discovery, Demo, Closing] – What didn’t go as planned? What would you do differently? Deal coaching focuses on the end of the quarter. Ask about timely deals – Why wouldn’t this deal close this month? How do we get ahead of it? Pick one category and run with it. That’s the key to supercharging your next 1:1.
