Welcome to the family! Hailey is one of our engineering interns working on the H1 Viaduct Freeway Project in O'ahu, Hawai'i 🌈 this summer. 💫 Cool project alert! The joint venture team of Goodfellow Sequoia accomplished an extraordinary feat: installing the Iron Horse Regional Trail free-span bridge over Dublin Boulevard in California in just 12 hours! The 230-foot, 220,000-lb structure journeyed from Arizona in nine sections, spanning 19 truckloads. Our team safely orchestrated the setup of a 780-ton crane, expertly maneuvered the bridge into place, and efficiently dismantled the crane—all while ensuring road closures and public safety. On June 10th the GBI California Good Deeds team participated in the Shriners Children's Northern California “Walk for Love.” This 1.5-mile social stroll flows through portions of the UC Davis Medical Center campus and the scenic T Street Boulevard in East Sacramento. The "Walk for Love" raises awareness and support for pediatric care, offering participants of all ages a fun, rewarding experience. Every day Shriners Children's is dedicated to helping children achieve their fullest potential through life-changing care. From restoring freedom of movement to enhancing range of motion and dexterity, their internationally recognized specialists are dedicated to empowering pediatric patients to fully embrace childhood and achieve significant milestones on their healing journey.
