As you are probably aware, Crowdstrike, a Microsoft vendor, pushed a software update last night that had a technical error. This has had a worldwide impact as reported in the media. While things may take a little more time than usual, George Washington University Hospital is open and remains operational! This is not a cyberattack but a coding error by the IT vendor. The vendor has pushed out a patch which is currently being implemented in all systems.
