H&K Group, Inc.’s Easton facility is home to many of our operations. What first began as our ABE Materials quarry and asphalt location (now Easton Quarry & Asphalt) in 1984, grew to house our Easton Block & Supply block manufacturing facility in 1989, followed by our affiliate Lehigh Valley Division sitework contractors in 1998. Over the years the campus has grown to include a new asphalt plant which was built and placed into operation in 2022 and most recently a new block plant which was put into operation in 2023. The history of the property itself is interesting as it was once a test center for Ingersoll-Rand’s drills. Across the property you will find large square blocks with holes drilled into them from testing. Our Easton facility is ready and willing to assist you with any aggregate, blacktop, block and site work services you may need! #HKGroup #LehighValleyDivision #EastonBlockandSupply #EastonQuarry #EastonAsphalt #Construction #Aggregate

H&K’s Structures Division has been hard at work replacing the Laurel Run Road bridge in Bear Creek Township, PA. Preparation for demolition of the existing structure began in early 2024, with the removal of the spans occurring over the weekend of March 16th, 2024. The photos from earlier this month show the progress the crews have made with the forming and pouring of the new abutments. #HKGroup #Structures #Construction #Demolition

Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc. made quick work of the AMY James Martin School demolition in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. In just three weeks (April 22nd – May 10th) the entire structure was brought down safely. The crew sorted out brick, stone, metal and trash to be properly disposed of before backfilling and bringing the site to grade. Well done, Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc.!   #HainesandKibblehouseInc #HKGroup #Demolition #Construction

Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc. is in the process of demolishing the PA Historic Route 100 bridge over the Brandywine Creek in Chadds Ford, PA. H&K’s Landis Deck Division is wrapping up the solar farm project in Fleetwood, PA. The final stage is a soil amendment process that consists of ripping 20” deep, adding sand, tilling in the sand and finally permanent seeding and mulching. The Landis Deck team had to be extremely cautious throughout this process as to not affect or damage any of the solar panels, electrical lines or structures.
