About us
Health Projects Center (HPC), established in 1980 as a 503(c) non-profit organization, offers health-related programs to health professionals, frail seniors and family caregivers. HPC serves the Monterey Bay region of California, and hosts the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center, Santa Cruz and Monterey Multipurpose Senior Services Programs, California Community Transitions program, and the Central Coast Area Health Education Center. It is also a founding partner in the Monterey Bay Geriatric Resource Center - providing resources and training in geriatrics for medical professionals.
