Join us in congratulating Kelsie Gallagher on her new role! We are proud to announce that Kelsie has accepted her new position as leading the HomeBinder Assistant onboarding team. Here’s a little more about her journey: Kelsie joined iGo back in October 2018 and has been an integral part of our journey. After taking time off to be with her daughter, she returned in May this year, ready to continue making a remarkable impact. Proud to Promote from Within: Kelsie’s journey within iGo is (in our opinion) the way things should be. She began as a Call Center Rep, efficiently managing calls and scheduling home inspections. Her dedication and hard work led to promotions that marked her growth - from becoming a Team Lead in 2019, where she managed Team 2 during the inception of our call center teams, to her role as a Client Success Manager in 2020. In this role, she championed building the onboarding process and nurtured ongoing relationships with our call center clients. And now, with the evolving direction of our Call Center, Kelsie is stepping into a new phase, heading and managing the onboarding processes for HomeBinder Assistant!
