AI adoption happens outside the tech department. The majority of people using Generative AI just want to make work easier. 88 percent of those using Gen AI are figuring out ways to help with their daily, repetitive tasks. This makes adoption a broader human initiative. https://lnkd.in/exHWaKXr #productivity #generativeAI #transformation #aiadoption

Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business’s Marketing Innovation Conference packed in amazing insights around the future of marketing and how AI is changing the game. I am so excited by the work Molly Battin & The Home Depot are doing to integrate genAI into their content and paid media. So smart to focus in on their right to win in the space by creating even more ways to engage with passionate DIYers. Anthony J. Diaz talked about the many ways The Coca-Cola Company is exploring the use of genAI and bring consumers in to cocreate the brand experience as well as the internal focus on upskilling vs replacing. Loved Raj Sivasubramanian’s emphasis on customer experience and the importance of over-delivering value at every touchpoint. I especially loved that he shared clips of his daughter with us. Hate that I missed Tenisha Griggs and Tami McQueen’s sessions which I heard were fantastic. Finally, so grateful for Human Pilots AI’s packed out session focusing on how to prompt various tools to get better GTM outcomes. Sean Wood and I are thankful to Tim Halloran, Jarret Allan, Jayalaxmi Jagannathan, @quashavia Harper and Anand Thaker for your incredible work pulling off this conference! So great to have so many friends come out. LinkedIn won’t let me tag you!

Thanks for coming to our workshop, Brandon!
I had a fantastic time at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business’ #MarketingInnovation conference! Hearing from Atlanta-based, corporate pioneers in #AI was so inspiring and thought-provoking. Highlights for me included hearing from Molly Battin about balancing AI applications with consumer trust at The Home Depot, exploring ways to empower and engage your employees with AI at The Coca-Cola Company with Anthony J. Diaz, and a great hands-on workshop putting together a GTM strategy in 60 minutes with AI from Sarah Woodward and Sean Wood at Human Pilots AI. Big thanks to Georgia Institute of Technology, Anuj Mehrotra, and Tim Halloran for bringing us all together!

Friday’s conference was great!
Created, launched, and scaled the world’s most used products | Keynote Speaker | Innovator of Enterprise Mobile and SaaS Platforms in eCommerce, QSR, FinTech, Hospitality, Data, and Supply Chain
Fantastic insights from the Marketing Innovation Conference at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. It was a deep dive into the intersection of AI and marketing, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the human touch. Special thanks to Anand Thaker, Tim Halloran, Anuj Mehrotra and MBA Marketing students for putting on this event! **Key Insights:** - Innovation in marketing requires courage and a human-centric approach. - Storytelling and understanding customer stories are crucial. - AI tools should complement but not replace human insight. **Conference Highlights:** - Trust and AI: Molly Battin, CMO of The Home Depot pointed out the significant trust drop in brands using generative AI, emphasizing the importance of human connection and to build trust with your customers. - Ethics and Analytics: Tenisha Griggs from 37X Digital Marketing Agency highlighted predictive analytics' role in decision-making but underscored ethical AI use and human judgment. Predictive analytics can reveal customer patterns, but human oversight is crucial. - AI as a Tool: Sarah Woodward and Sean Wood of Human Pilots AI reminded us to focus on solving real people problems, not just on the technology. - AI as a Competitive Advantage: Tami McQueen of BIP Ventures showed us how to leverage AI to help your marketing career. - The Power of Stories: Raj Sivasubramanian of Airbnb demonstrated storytelling's unparalleled ability to inspire and motivate beyond mere data. How we can leverage user generated video to foster company wide customer empathy. The conference underscored the essence of human connection in the age of AI, offering fresh perspectives on enriching customer experiences while keeping technology responsibly in check. #aiinmarketing #aipredictions #aiandhumanity #aiandethics
