About us
Hyde Park Day School is the leading Chicago-area, full-day grade school specializing in the needs of children of average to superior intelligence who have learning disabilities such as dyslexia and language impairments. The mission of Hyde Park Day School is to provide these students an innovative and comprehensive educational model that will help prepare them for a successful transition to public or private schools in their home community. Founded over 17 years ago, the school currently supports students at a Chicago and North Suburban campus. Since its founding, it has enabled 413 students to successfully transition back to schools in their home community.
