Yetiskin Yetiskin, Sustainable Aviation Manager, ICF SAF Roadmaps are a critical first step to develop national SAF industries, evaluating the benefits, challenges, and providing a vision for stakeholders to unify around. Boeing and ICF have experience with organisations around the world to develop robust roadmaps, including in the UK, Ireland, Japan, UAE, Australia and New Zealand. This is about working locally to scale SAF globally, and this session will discuss the lessons learnt during the development of these roadmaps, the implications from the results, the importance of stakeholder buy-in, and how to make sure future roadmaps build momentum towards a low-carbon aviation industry. I had the pleasure of participating in a workshop on AI and its utility to environmental public health personnel at the the terrific National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) conference in Pittsburgh yesterday. Along with my ICF colleagues Mary Joyce Schwarz, Kevin Hobbie and Prajakta (Jackie) Bhadange we interacted with the dedicated front-line environmental staff from across the nation who are inspecting water and air quality, ensuring food is safe, responding to climate change and on and on. Examples of how AI is already assisting environmental public health workers are listed below. ICF is assisting public health agencies in tapping the potential that AI offers.
