On this second anniversary of #988Lifeline, we are incredibly grateful for the crisis counselors, volunteers, and all who support 988 in the 200+ call centers and 30 backup centers nationwide. They are truly bringing hope and healing to individuals in crisis.

A team of 400+ @paypal employees participated in the #PayPalImpactDay, assembling 5,000 hygiene kits for the Integral Care Homeless Outreach Street Team (HOST) program. These kits, filled with items sourced from local Austin businesses, will go out to individuals experiencing homelessness. The event was a collaboration between PayPal, the City of Austin, and United Way Austin. Program Manager Chris Roesel and APD Officer Kevin Ruane spoke to the group at PayPal to share gratitude and about the impact of the HOST program. Over the past year, HOST has engaged almost 1,500 unique individuals in over 3,000 successful interventions, serving over 10,000 people experiencing homelessness in Austin since its inception. #StrongerTogether
