The renovation and addition at Madison Metropolitan School District's Memorial High School is nearing completion, and what better way to celebrate than gathering with those who made it happen with an ER lunch? We are thrilled to welcome students and staff back for the new school year, featuring numerous newly completed spaces designed to enhance learning and collaboration, along with extensive renovations. We are incredibly proud of Findorff's CFO, Ben Pechan, who was recently recognized as an In Business magazine 2024 finalist for CFO of the year. Wearing many hats, Ben has been an integral part in the organizations financial success and growth, utilizing his data expertise and developing a data team, contributing an essential role in strategic planning and risk management, and growing overall talent. Recently, we celebrated the grand opening of Thermo Fischer Scientific's newest building on their Middleton campus! The new 72,500 square-foot building will serve as a laboratory to test pharmaceuticals before they go to market and employ 350 scientists and support staff. Findorff is proud to partner with biotech companies such as Thermo Fischer who are essential in bringing safe and effective medical treatments to their patients. #FindorffPartner

If you have been to Kettle Moraine High School recently, you may have noticed various improvements have been completed! Findorff renovated the outdoor athletic facility to provide students, staff, and the community with a re-imagined space. Emergency services play a crucial role in our community. We're proud to support first responders through providing state-of-the-art spaces, like building the Protective Services campus at Madison College and renovating Fire Station #1 — Madison's largest and busiest firehouse. We are also happy to support the many Findorff employees who volunteer their time as firefighters in communities across Wisconsin. Thank you for your service! #BuildingandBeyond

This week, the crew gathered downtown Madison at 121 E Wilson for the first Employee Recognition (ER) lunch to celebrate the progress that has been thus far! This 14 story multi-family apartment complex will add to the beautiful Madison skyline with 340 units and resident amenities including a pool deck! The team recently started working on the above ground structure, with the building slated for completion summer 2025. We are so grateful to Habitat for Humanity of Wausau for the incredible work they are doing in the Wausau community. We recently teamed up to help complete a garage as part of a new home build. This past month we've been busy with many signing days for our new Apprentices and Youth Apprentices! Welcoming eleven new team members to Findorff has been an honor, and we are thrilled to watch them grow, as they receive on the job training at various projects - specifically learning from others of what a career in the trades entails! Our construction crews were recognized earlier this month for their hard work on the Madison Metropolitan School District projects over the last two years. Vel Phillips Memorial High School staff awarded our own Labor Foreman Jason James (JJ) the Unsung Hero award – citing his hard work, enthusiasm to help others, and the positivity he brings to everyone around him. Staff at Madison East High School took a moment to show their heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the incredible construction team noting, "They care about this school, they care about our kids, they care about the work they do here, and they do it well!" We couldn't be more grateful for the entire team doing amazing work on the Madison Metropolitan School District projects!
