Lynne Katzmann, CEO, Founder, and Board Chair of Juniper Communities, announced the promotion of two key senior leadership team members, underscoring the company’s commitment to nurturing internal talent. In her announcement, Katzmann reiterated her comprehensive daily involvement in running Juniper Communities, emphasizing her active leadership as CEO. Chuck Hastings, formerly the Chief Financial Officer, assumes an expanded role as President in addition to his current responsibilities. In making the announcement, Katzmann praised Hastings' 27-year tenure at Juniper, partnering with her in steering the company through significant growth and transformation. Katzmann will continue as CEO to drive strategic and business development activities as Hastings focuses on day-to-day operations and financial success. "Chuck's expertise in accounting, finance, and strategic acquisitions has been pivotal to Juniper's evolution from a small company that leased skilled nursing communities to others, to a much larger and thriving portfolio that we manage ourselves," remarked Katzmann. "His new dual role reflects our confidence in his leadership for the company's future." Hastings has also been instrumental in turnaround operations at the building levels. Amy Purcell has been appointed Vice President of Sales following her exemplary contributions over the past three years. Katzmann commended Purcell for her ability in fueling sales team performance and for embodying Juniper's core values. "Amy's dedication to driving the customer experience in our communities and her role in fostering our company culture have been invaluable," said Katzmann. "Her promotion is a testament to her achievements and our anticipation of her continued impact on Juniper's success." In addition to continuing to drive sales success at the community level, Amy will focus on higher level sales strategy and enablement. Reflecting on the company's growth trajectory, Katzmann expressed optimism about Juniper's future under its strengthened leadership team. "Our leadership bench is characterized by experience, energy, and unwavering commitment," she noted. "As we embark on the next phase of Juniper's journey, I am excited to further leverage our team's talents to drive innovation and strategic growth." Juniper Communities continues to uphold its mission of providing exceptional senior living experiences across its portfolio, guided by a robust leadership team poised to navigate future opportunities and challenges. #lynnekatzmann #junipercommunities #chuckhastings #amypurcell
