Several KBX leaders recently had the pleasure of visiting the Koch Global Services India (KGSI) office in Bangalore. KGSI has been a valuable partner to KBX, providing crucial support for our initiatives. We are proud to have nearly 50 Bangalore-based employees as part of our team, thanks to this successful partnership.

When it comes to project cargo, KBX and Georgia-Pacific LLC know how to ensure critical equipment arrives safely and on time. The two Koch Industries companies recently collaborated to transport large, complex equipment from manufacturers in Finland and Sweden to their final destination at the GP Cellulose facility in Brunswick, Georgia.   The DD Washer™ drum is state-of-the-art equipment designed to improve the efficiency of the pulp production process. The equipment, which weighs over 142,000 pounds and is nearly 32 feet long, was transported using various modes including trucking, ocean freight, and specialized trailers. The Brown Stock Press Machines, which remove water from the pulp, required over 15 types of containers to transport due to their large size.   Together, the equipment traveled a combined distance of 9,489 miles and will play a crucial role in facility operations, helping to increase productivity and efficiency over the next 30 years.
