Like many of you, we are closely following the shift in DE&I alignment and prioritization within SHRM as announced on LinkedIn yesterday. For now, we are still in an information gathering phase and we will craft our response and plan when we have the opportunity to be fully thorough and thoughtful. No additional resources have been provided to State Councils or Local Chapter Leaders at this time so we appreciate your patience as your peers navigate these waters.

I couldn’t be more inspired, proud, and grateful to know this black woman of excellence. Vivian Blade Speaker and Coach took us up all the notches today with her session “Reengineering Talent Retention for the Future of Work.” There were so many tips and best practices that motivated me to go back to my organization and elevate HR. 👏🏽 #shrm24 Vivian Hairston Blade, CSP 📣The work the worker and how things get done 📣We have to do traditional things in a new way 📢Hygiene factors are baseline and do not motivate 📣People will stay longer and give you their best if they feel valued 📢Understand boomerang talent 📣Culture equals behavior times consistency 📢Reframe Reinvent and Reignite 📣Culture is simple but not easy 📢Lead with love 📣One sock doesn’t fit every foot
