LCV is hiring an Administrative Associate who will directly support the Senior Director of IT and Administrative Infrastructure in executing the administrative operations of LCV and its sister organization, LCV Education Fund. Responsibilities include assisting with office and staff operations, supporting new employee and intern onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing general administrative support to the Human Resources and Administration department. LCV is seeking a Communications Intern who will support the Communications Department with its external communications on owned, earned and social media. The Communications Intern will support and learn from the entire communications team, and will assist in drafting and distributing content across all of the communications team’s platforms and audiences, which may include drafting blog posts, press statements and releases, social media copy and the weekly tipsheet. The Communications Intern will also play a key role supporting the earned media team by distributing LCV’s daily news clips to LCV staff across the country, maintaining press lists, gathering content at press events, and pitching press as needed. https://lnkd.in/gGgBUigE

LCV is hiring a Senior Revenue Accountant who will be responsible for reconciling the revenue (AR) accounting process for the LCV family of organizations. As an environmental advocacy organization, much of the revenue the organization receives is subject to state and federal election compliance reporting. This position works closely with the Revenue Accountant on the Finance team as well as key staff in the Development, and the Legal and Strategic Initiatives departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting and reconciliations. https://lnkd.in/d-YpKyNu

The Senior Director of Development Operations will be a key member of the Development leadership team. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Development Operations to develop and implement strategies that support our fundraising efforts, and will manage a team of staff to support the development and implementation of those strategies. The Director of Planned Giving shapes and grows a model for a planned giving program that ensures the longevity of the organizations and supports future programs and strategy. The Director of Planned Giving, in coordination with the Vice President of Development Marketing and Engagement, manages the marketing outreach program to quickly scale up the Legacy Society. This position will also work closely with the Senior Director of Unified Fundraising to develop the new pilot program and Major Gifts Team to provide planned giving resources and training and directly engage donors, as needed. LCVEF is seeking an exceptional writer and fundraiser to join our team. The newly created role of Director of Institutional Writing and Strategy – Democracy will significantly increase funding for our democracy work at the state, regional, and federal levels and support the launch of a new Unified Fundraising pilot program. LCV is hiring a Data & Evaluation Director serving the Community and Civic Engagement (CCE) department, as well as the state LCV affiliates, who will, where permitted by law, utilize data in the voter file to determine which voters and members of the general public are likely to be engaged on environmental issues, and maintain voter file information that permits the organization to educate the public and motivate supporters to become active civic participants.
