Robert has been an important part of our facility at Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center for the past 5 years. He recently graduated from Maryville University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration and is excited to continue his journey in mental health. Robert works with our leadership team to prioritize each patients safety by ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Robert is constantly implementing new strategies to mitigate risks to help enhance the quality of care we provide. This promotion marks a significant milestone in Lincoln Prairie’s commitment to fostering internal talent and strengthening its leadership team. Tom DeMarco, with an impressive 16-year tenure at Lincoln Prairie, steps into the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Tom began his career at Lincoln Prairie in the business development department when the facility first opened in May of 2008. He served as Director of Business Development for 15 years and then moved into the role of Assistant Administrator.
