If we were to describe L&D in the simplest of terms, we’d describe it as consisting of three steps: org leaders identifying performance problems that could benefit from training, consultations with L&D professionals on the training needs, and the design and implementation of training solutions to support the workforce. These strategies can provide you a roadmap to navigating organizational anarchy: 🎯Set clear goals 🔍Demystify processes 💪Promote accountability 🔄Prepare for change 📊Leverage analytics Curious to learn more? The Headspace mission is to “provide every person access to lifelong mental health support.” To support that mission, Headspace turned to Litmos for their L&D needs. Bryan Wong, Security & Compliance Analyst at Headspace, said they chose to partner with Litmos not only "because of the ease and convenience to create, deploy, and assign training, but also because of the ability to manage compliance. With only 10 admins globally at Headspace, Litmos’ automation features have allowed [them] to move away from manually assigning learning paths and courses, making it easier on [their] admins." A few highlights from Headspace's impressive L&D outcomes: ☑️ With Litmos pre-built content, they saved around 40 hours per course ☑️ They had higher compliance training completion rates, helping them achieve HITRUST certification and SOC2 compliance for the past two years ☑️ Increased employee knowledge on security protocols leading to an impressive 50% rise in notifications for phishing and smishing alerts, fostering active engagement in their internal security initiatives Read the rest of their success story ⬇️ https://ow.ly/n9ot50Ss3J7
