This program features blended learning through a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on experimentation in MRC’s Lean Enterprise Works (LEW) factory simulation. Celebrating Excellence: MLI Class of 2024 Graduation! We’re thrilled to announce that MRC’s Manufacturing Leadership Institute (MLI) recently graduated its Class of 2024!  Twenty new talented graduates completed an intensive program designed for current and emerging leaders in all aspects of Strategic Leadership. The celebration took place at Madeline’s, where our graduates and alumni gathered for a lively “Mixer” with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Framed graduation certificates were proudly presented by Rich Hobbs and Karen Buck to each graduate marking their achievement and commitment to growth and innovation. The MLI executive leadership course comprises 12 modules, expertly taught by leading subject matter experts from “Thinking like a Leader” to “Creativity & Innovation.” These graduates honed their strategic leadership skills across 12 diverse topics. Through immersive experiences, our participants have built this critical foundation, positioning them to drive meaningful change within their organizations.
