As a nonprofit organization, Ukrainski Dom is at the forefront of empowering communities, preserving cultural heritage, and delivering humanitarian aid. In the coming six months, 25 of their dedicated team members will participate in a comprehensive curriculum featuring workshops, peer learning, and digital courses. We are partnering with BBBS Greater LA, BBBS Eastern Massachusetts, BBBS Connecticut, and BBBS Greater Chicago to provide this opportunity to 100% of their organizations. We are excited to share that our partnership with Dharma Life has kicked off with a successful first two workshops, with over 100 participants attending and providing overwhelmingly positive feedback. Dharma Life is an inspiring organisation based in India which improves the quality of life in rural India through an entrepreneurship model. They provide the rural poor with livelihoods and access to socially impactful products and services. They are an impactful organization which has reached over 10M beneficiaries across 40,000+ villages in India. The workshops we have run have focused on various planning skills, including prioritisation, getting to the root of problem solving and how to develop new ideas as well as execution skills, revolving around running effective meetings, communicating clearly and conducting pre-mortems. We are thrilled to see that 100% of the participants have recommended the workshops, and we are confident that the skills and insights gained will have a lasting impact on their work and the communities they serve. As one participant shared: “This workshop was totally a new experience for all of us as this was the first time we attended such workshop. We are celebrating the completion of the six month Ability to Execute (A2E) learning journey at Fondation Marocaine du PréScolaire (FMPS)! The McKinsey.org team had the privilege of partnering with Noureddine BOUTAYEB & Nisrine Ibnabdeljalil to bring this change journey to FMPS in support of their transformation during a time of exponential growth in the organization. At our recent Capstone, we celebrated 272 participants who earned the Credly Badge for their dedication and engagement throughout the program. Further, the program will be rolled out to the rest of their 22 000 employees in the coming months to bringing the A2E Essentials language to the entire organization. The program has received a 91% recommendation rate from the participants, and an impressive 93% of them believe they are now more effective leaders. We are proud to have played a role in supporting Vision Australia's mission to empower people who are blind or have low vision to live the life they choose.
