Today we want to spotlight a 'FRED' that has been on a few of our San Diego Teams - Giovanna Rodriguez! She was nominated by her team and they said: "Giovanna is a rising star. Her big 3 is a constant. Her ability to adhere to our standards while delivering Mendo Magic to our guests is seamless. A recent shift put her in the spotlight. A combination of tight scheduling and her team member not being able to make the shift saw her solo. Not only did she set up the restaurant perfectly and support catering, she flexed between all positions the entire shift with ease. The kicker though, was that she farmhosted every guest that walked through the door, even ensuring all kiddos got to color happy. Giovanna truly goes above and beyond on every shift!!" Eric Borjeson joined our Mendocino Farms Family 5 Years ago, graduating from our MIT Program and working his way through our Management Career Climber to successfully become the General Manager of our Palo Alto Store. Eric has been a driving force in Team Development, camaraderie and living our Cultural Values on a day-in day-out basis. It's been a pleasure to witness the dedication, commitment and kindness you bring into work everyday Eric!
