Each individual served is considered as a person with all the rights, responsibilities, and dignity provided by the Constitution of the United States of America. We believe that all individuals have the right to services without regard to race, creed, national origin, or ability to pay. The rights of clients to privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Mental Health Resources, Inc. provides a variety of treatment services in the community. Treatment within the client's community is in general more effective, the least restrictive, and the most humane. It is the philosophy of MHR Inc. to employ the least confining measures while meeting individual mental health needs.
