Coaching is essential for effective movement and goes beyond just instruction. Leadership, empathy, and communication are fundamental to coaching and training others. At Monarch, our coaches strive to exceed fundamentals, helping clients work harder and push further. Our Strength & Conditioning department is fully integrated into the ecosystem collaborating with other Monarch pillars (Nutrition, Medical, Physical Therapy, and Mind) when programming for clients. #everythingforareason #monarchmade #longevity #optimize #wellness

Membership at Monarch offers much more than just the physical. We're dedicated to providing a holistic experience that includes educational opportunities and unique experiences beyond our daily programming. Most recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a 90-minute Mobility Workshop and Soundbath experience, led by Mike, BTWD Strength Head, and Daniel, a member at WeHo. This event exemplifies our commitment to enriching our members' lives in diverse and impactful ways. #monarchmade #soundhealing #mobility #movement

Kettlebells, a staple in strength and conditioning, offer a unique blend of challenges and benefits. Their design and the dynamic movements they enable, such as swings, cleans, and snatches, allow for a full-body workout that can effectively enhance your strength, balance, and cardiovascular health. Moreover, the versatility of kettlebells makes them a valuable tool for a wide range of training styles, from high-intensity interval training to strength and power development, and even rehabilitation. In our recent Brentwood coach workshop, Monarch Coach Talia Amoyal, delved into the nuances of kettlebell training. The session was a deep dive into the biomechanics of kettlebell exercises, providing our coaches with the opportunity to refine their technique and understanding of movement patterns. The workshop emphasized the importance of form and fluidity in exercises like the kettlebell swing, clean, and snatch, and how these foundational skills can be adapted and applied to meet the diverse needs and goals of our members. It was a valuable learning experience, reinforcing our commitment to continuing education and excellence in coaching. #kettlebell #continuingeducation #monarchmade

Growing up playing multiple sports, including baseball, lacrosse, and hockey, Tyler's athletic journey was impacted by various injuries that led him to treatment and physical therapy.
