Our operational and clinical leaders had the chance to learn from the one and only Linda LeBlanc today! We focused on self-reflective practices and honing our consultant supervision skills so that we can best support our fellow #BCBAs. This group collectively has over 130 years of experience as BCBAs and shared a wealth of knowledge through honest, engaging and thoughtful conversation.
