Accelerating a smarter, faster, cure for mutiple myeloma.
About us
We drive the development and delivery of next-generation therapies, leverage data to identify optimal and more personalized treatment approaches, and empower myeloma patients and the broader community with information and resources to extend their lives. Central to our mission is our commitment to advancing health equity so that all myeloma patients can benefit from the scientific and clinical advances we pursue. Since our inception, the MMRF has committed over $500 million for research, opened nearly 100 clinical trials, and helped bring 15+ FDA-approved therapies to market, which have tripled the life expectancy of myeloma patients.

We are deeply saddened to share that we have lost one of our most beloved friends, Jack Aiello, this past weekend. Jack was not only a cherished member of our community but also one of our original Myeloma Mentors, a leader at our San Francisco Walk/Run, and a dedicated patient advocate. His passion, strength, and commitment to helping others will be profoundly missed. Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. It is because of patients like Jack that we continue to work relentlessly to advance new treatments for myeloma patients, and ultimately a cure.

In honor of #Juneteenth, we recognize the need for proportional patient representation in clinical studies. If every patient is to benefit from breakthroughs, all patients must be represented in research. We are committed to this effort every day.
