Through our recent survey, we found that a majority of employees (81%) are saving for their future through their employer-sponsored retirement plan instead of outside opportunities.* This means employees are benefitting from many different advantages that are associated with these plans, like having a wide range of investment and contribution-match options and more. ⚠️ When it comes to retirement investment selections though, these employees are not totally confident in their choices. In a separate question, we found that 41.25% of them are deciding on their investments by themselves, while 28.25% are choosing based on what their plan suggests. The state of retirement is still rocky and uncertain. 😥 According to our recent survey, we found that a majority of employees (81.6%) DON’T know how much they need to retire. 🚨 Additionally, it was discovered that 48.3% of them AREN’T on track to retire on time, while 25.7% are unsure, and only 26% stated yes, they are on track. For employees to get on track and in control of the financial future they want, they need to get help now.
