About us

SourcePoint is your primary source of professional expertise, services, and programs for Delaware County adults who want to thrive after 55. We can point you in the right direction by providing direct assistance as well as referrals. We provide community support with in-home care services such as Meals on Wheels, help with chores, and transportation to medical appointments, as well as resources and support for family caregivers. We are also your source for both fun and fitness — our 44,000-square-foot enrichment center hosts a wide variety of programs and trips. SourcePoint proudly serves all of Delaware County, including Ashley, Delaware, Galena, Kilbourne, Lewis Center, Ostrander, Powell, Radnor, Shawnee Hills, Sunbury, and Westerville, as well as portions of Columbus and Dublin within county lines. The mission of SourcePoint is to help our community set a course to live well after 55.

  • SourcePoint is a proud supporter of OhioHealth’s D.R.I.V.E. program at Grady. The Occupational Therapy Driver Rehabilitation Program at OhioHealth serves drivers with a wide variety of medical conditions that may be a result of surgery, trauma, medication changes, memory problems associated with aging, or neurological disorders. Instructors are Occupational Therapists who are also driving rehabilitation specialists. They are trained to evaluate and teach drivers of all experience levels. The program evaluates driving abilities, offers driver training, and recommends adaptive equipment as appropriate.

  • In 2023 SourcePoint's in-home care providers dedicated over 58,000 hours serving 2,100 clients. These unsung heroes provide personal care, homemaking, respite, and more to help #DelawareCounty adults 55 and older live safely in their homes with independence and dignity. Last week SourcePoint honored seven outstanding providers for their excellent work above and beyond in 2023. Award levels were determined by number of clients served, responsiveness to referrals received, client satisfaction, units of service delivered, and compliance with our conditions of participation.   • SourcePoint is pleased to announce the promotion of Alison Yeager to chief advancement officer. In this new executive role, Yeager will oversee the organization’s strategic communications, development efforts, new business initiatives, and long-term planning initiatives. Yeager, an alumnus of Ohio Northern University, first joined SourcePoint in 2013 as a marketing specialist. Having ascended through the ranks over a decade, she most recently held the position of director of communications and development for nearly six years. Throughout her tenure, Yeager has made pivotal contributions to the organization’s outreach and fundraising achievements. In her elevated role, Yeager will continue to manage all facets of brand management, marketing, public relations, digital media, and fund development. Additionally, she will spearhead SourcePoint’s strategic planning both internally and externally. Yeager is also tasked with the cultivation and maintenance of community relationships and partnerships essential for fostering new business initiatives. Fara Waugh, CEO of SourcePoint, commented on the appointment, “Alison has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership and expertise at SourcePoint.
