As a seasoned trial attorney, she has litigated more than 300 cases before numerous state and federal district and appellate courts. Robin focuses on regulatory, enforcement, and complex civil litigation matters. She represents institutions in matters initiated by federal regulatory agencies and state attorneys general. She also advises clients in the fintech/insurtech spaces.
