👋  Say hello to Lalitha Chamarty! Based in Bangalore, Lalitha is our award-winning, superstar field marketing manager who flawlessly executes marketing events across India. Not only does she know how to host a show-stopping event, she's also just been named one of India's top marketing young achievers by the Indian Business Council! In her own words, Lalitha shares what she loves about working at New Relic ❤️ "What I love about New Relic is the level of ownership and control I get for my work. From day one, I've been entrusted with key marketing initiatives from scratch, giving me the complete autonomy to create and implement strategies my way. This high-stakes responsibility is truly empowering. I also appreciate the consistent support and hands-on commitment from leadership whenever needed. During our flagship Futurestack conference in 2023 for example, I worked with James, our VP of Marketing from 3 AM to ensure everything was perfect before the event began. Beyond that, it's the dedication and willingness of Relics to go above and beyond that motivates me. New Relic values initiative and supports innovation, which has significantly contributed to my growth in this role." Looking to join the team? Check out our openings: https://lnkd.in/gDWBhFC

Observability maturity refers to an organization's capability to understand and improve its systems' performance and reliability. There are 3️⃣ levels of observability maturity: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Zameer Fouzan explores these levels and provides an example to illustrate each stage of maturity and adoption, including how New Relic can be leveraged at each level: https://lnkd.in/gfmHFykt
