    Today's the day! We're excited to announce our $22M Series A! 🎉 Over the last year, we’ve seen 4x growth in annual recurring revenue and helped customers boost pipeline from calls by 2-3x within a month of adopting Nooks.     Hi everyone! I’m Sai Samyuktha, SDR at RevenueHero and I'm taking over the Nooks page today! A little about me - I started my career in Finance and when I realized I spent more time with Sales folks listening in on their calls, curious to understand more, I knew this is where I wanted to be. Few fun facts to get to know a little bit better: - I’m from Chennai where our food, beaches and people are our pride and joy ☀️ - I absolutely love spending my weekends with board games and puzzles, even if I can’t physically get myself to listen to the rules at first, once I’m hooked, I’m hooked :D - I’ve been writing since I was a kid, whatever I’m going through good or bad, pen and paper helps me more than anything else! We got introduced to Nooks after experimenting with a couple of other tools when we wanted to double-down on cold calling. - I love that it’s extremely user-friendly and the UI is clean- it took us a few days to get used to the tool - One stand out thing with Nooks is that you can add multiple phone numbers with various area codes and it automatically provides numbers which are less likely to be marked as Spam - Nooks shows you how likely the prospect is to pick up your call which comes in extremely handy when you’re focusing on select accounts/leads to call for the day - I love that I can collaborate with my teammates on the salesfloor, listen to their calls, get inputs on mine give each other notes and hype each other up! The team and I have been able to increase our connect rates with Nooks and have more conversations than ever before which has also eased us into cold calling and get more comfortable picking up the phone!     53% OF REPS SAY NO TO PREMISSION-BASED OPENERS We took all of the calls made on the Nooks platform in the past 30 days. We then identified the top reps in that period based on total meetings booked and their 'conversation to meeting' score. What did they do on their calls that worked? Let’s take a look. 𝟱𝟯% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿. Instead, they shifted from the initial greeting right into a statement about related customers or expertise. They established credibility quickly, so prospects were on board to keep the conversation going. 𝟰𝟭% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁. That is, they gave a few words about the company or market. That way the prospect knows what kind of pitch they’ll hear. 𝟲% 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁.
