As you may have seen in the media, CDK Global, an automotive, bus and commercial truck dealership software company, has been experiencing a significant cyber incident. This incident has resulted in outages for all of CDK Global’s users and services. Although North Central uses CDK’s software for certain business operations, we want our customers to know that we are still open for business.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: North Central has implemented its business continuity response plans and continues to operate through manual processes developed to respond to such incidents. In some instances, our services may be somewhat delayed as a result of this ongoing incident. Our North Central dealership locations are open and fully operational.
𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: North Central is in communication with the CDK team. We have requested details from CDK to understand the full scope of the incident and how long certain business operations may be interrupted. North Central remains committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our customers, vendors and business partners.
