We’re pleased to announce that Chuck Bilodeau has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the New York State Parking and Transportation Association (NYSPTA).   NYSPTA plays a crucial role in connecting parking, transportation, and mobility professionals across the state and region.   Over the last 40 years, Chuck has worked with contractors, engineers, and material manufacturers specializing in restoration and waterproofing. As part of the A/E community working directly with restoration materials and in hands-on and administrative oversight roles, Chuck has a deep understanding of the practicalities and economics of Parking Structures. He applies his vast cumulative knowledge to assist clients with practical and economically viable solutions.   Chuck currently leads the business development efforts for O&S Engineers & Architects and formerly served on the NYSPA Board of Directors from 2004 – 2007. During that time, he was an active member, chaired and served on various committees, and was instrumental in the planning of their Annual Fall Conference.
