Recently, we hosted a group of benefits consultants to seek context on employers' approach to the value of investment in GLP-1s. What did we hear? ⭐Navigating ROI with high employee turnover rates is a common challenge ⭐Maintaining weight health after the prescription is a priority ⭐There’s an appetite to showcase how to better engage employee populations that have health disparities or are affected by drug shortages These conversations don’t stop here, but continue as we work to address barriers to care, stigmas against obesity, and increased incidences of chronic disease.
