We are thrilled to announce that Suzanne Alston is this year's winner of the Can Do, Will Do Award! Suzanne has a huge heart and the dedication, determination, and willingness to push herself and her team to be successful. She is constantly looking for ways to improve the program at Turner, like changing the CACFP Snack program to the Super Snack program. Suzanne's Can-Do-Will-Do attitude isn't just for herself; she has also become a mentor for others. 👏#opaagoeshollywood #maketheirday

We are thrilled to announce that Kisha Goodwin is this year's winner of the Fun with a Purpose Award! She goes above and beyond every day to make her cafeteria a fun place to be, like dance parties with her pre-k. She goes all out for dress-up days and does a fantastic job sharing pictures of all of it with fellow directors in her area. She has a great personality and can make anyone laugh! 👏#opaagoeshollywood #maketheirday

We are thrilled to announce that Joe Pruitt is this year's winner of the Outstanding Marketing Award! Joe does such a terrific job marketing his program. In the few years that he's been at Bonner Springs, he's worked incredibly hard to market and build the Opaa! program and brand in his district. His marketing skills have been so strong that Bonner Springs was a feature story in KSDE Weekly for his promotion of the Summer Feeding Program with Kids and Big Rigs event! 👏#opaagoeshollywood #maketheirday

We are thrilled to announce Janie Daugherty is this year's Grant Champion! This year, she won the Healthy Meals Incentives Initiative Grant, which was offered by Action for Healthy Kids and the USDA, and received $46,509!
