Steel topped out last month at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. new 165,000 SF lab and office building in Carlsbad! The new 3-story lab and office building will add additional research and science capability to the existing 400,000 SF campus. There is significant site activity occurring now that the crane is off of the property. The cast-in-place parking structure is coming up out of the ground, retaining walls are being stacked and finished, and underground utilities are progressing quickly. It has been a team effort with Oxford Properties Group, DGA planning | architecture | interiors, Project Management Advisors, Inc., and BNBuilders bringing this project to life.
