Our PAL Officers are so much more than “Cops” they are educators, coaches, and mentors to Philly youth. PAL ended Volunteer Week with a mentorship event for 100 young men. The event showcased keynote speaker #RickWilliams from 6abc Action News and a group of mentors who generously volunteered their time.
