The PRESWERX film team also produced an eye-catching video that included panoramic views of the project site and interviews with the project team.

Preswerx helped a large construction manager in Terre Haute, IN, win a $10.8M logistics distribution facility using the Construction Management at Risk delivery method. This project involves constructing a new 42,000 sqft packing, sorting, and office facility. The project's objective is to expand retailer's reach and ability to service its customers. This facility will operate as the retailer's last mile delivery facility, ensuring efficient transportation and delivery of products to customers. Preswerx utilized our 3D modeling and VFX animation capabilities to assist our client in delivering a powerful presentation, securing the win.
