Robert Persiano - CEO - Rob guides the execution of Seneca’s strategic business plan, providing guidance and leadership in the areas of territory development, customer engagement, sales and service delivery. Jincy Greene - Regional Vice President - Jincy oversees the strategic development of our Mid-Atlantic markets and Government Services business units. In addition to serving as RVP, Jincy serves on the Board of Pretty Purposed, a non-profit empowering girls through mentorship and activities promoting healthy development. Paul Gamble - Regional Vice President - Originally from Ontario, Paul moved to the US to attend Montevallo University where he played college golf. He’s also a former member of the PGA of America. Dave Tam, MBA - Regional Vice President - Dave is RVP for the VA, DC, and MD markets. Prior to joining Seneca, he helped launch Softworld’s government practice by successfully forging strong partnerships with Fortune 100 clients. Jason Davis - Managing Director - Jason is MD for our Atlanta market. He currently serves on the Board of Visitors at Catawba College. Additionally, he was Vice Chair of the Gwinnett Technical College Advisory Board for Engineering. Dustin Molter - Managing Director - Dustin brings over a decade of management and biz dev experience specializing in IT consulting and staff augmentation for both public sector and Fortune 500 organizations. Harold Zeishner - Managing Director - In addition to being MD of the North Carolina market, Harold founded Triangle Area Analytics Group (TAAG). He’s a recognized moderator of events covering analytics, cloud technology, Cyber Security, and more. Russell Kiernan - Director of Consulting Services - Russ has over 25 years of IT experience, and is skilled in numerous management and technology disciplines including Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Program & Project Management, PM/QA, and Quality Management.
