Can you guess what are the problems here? 🙂 I got this message today. This is a B2B Software company that sells their software to other businesses. I reached out to their team on their business WhatsApp number. Got back a vague, generic, broken journey that led nowhere. I gave up and went somewhere else. Someone else reached out after a few hours ... from their personal WhatsApp. No idea who this fellow is. Profile photo is all weird, didn't recognise the brand and most certainly they came up to me with zero context 😑 I was just about to report it as spam basically. Realised later that it is an SDR working for the company I reached out to earlier. I know PRECISELY what this agent's life is, and worst of all, what their manager's life is. – Poor visibility or control. – Time waste and correctness on manual data sync with CRM – Poor agent performance tracking and accountability – Zero collaboration It's chaotic, it's stressful, and it's inefficient. Really, can't wrap my head around why companies do this. Be diligent, tie your process to a tool that works – Yes, Rasayel. #sales #whatsapp #saas
