We're searching for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Vice President of Property Management for our client. Role Overview: As the VP of Property Management, you will oversee the administration and management of the client's affordable property management programs. Your responsibilities will include aligning programs with strategic priorities, government regulations, and organizational objectives to support individuals and families. You'll lead with integrity, providing strategic and operational oversight while fostering a culture of caring, learning, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership. Client Overview: Our client is a mission-driven affordable housing developer, owner, and manager. They manage a portfolio of approximately 1,200 units, including both LIHTC and HUD properties. With a strong commitment to creating a positive impact, their culture emphasizes support for employees, care for properties, and dedication to tenants. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: ➡ Direct and coordinate Property Management Department activities to maximize managed properties. ➡ Provide leadership and develop an administrative framework for achieving departmental objectives. ➡ Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to assess progress toward goals. ➡ Maintain staff morale and encourage staff development. ➡ Ensure compliance with real estate and affordable housing regulations. ➡ LIHTC and HUD experience (10+ years preferred). ➡ NY state broker's license or ability to obtain quickly after hire. ➡ Experience managing 800+ units. 🔹 Ready to Make an Impact?     🏡 Position Available: District Operations Director 📍 Location: Charlotte, NC The District Operations Director will oversee the daily management and coordination of property operations in their assigned market for a portfolio consisting of 6,500+ SFR’s which includes property acquisition, property renovation, leasing, property management, financial performance and collections. This role will develop and maintain strong working relationships with local markets, national and corporate employees as well as third-party vendors and leasing firms.  Company Info: Join one of the largest single-family rental managers in the United States, with over 50,000 homes across approximately 20 states. Key Requirements: 🔹 5+ years’ experience leading the operations for a large portfolio of properties and leading a regional team; ideally SFR, hotels or multifamily. 🔹General knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis. 🔹Experience working in a cross-functional group, project management, and/or process improvement-oriented role. 🔹Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar property management program. 🔹Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
